    Description

Fantastic Four #4 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VF+ 8.5 White pages. This key issue features the first Silver Age appearance of the legendary Namor, the Sub-Mariner (by the way, Namor's last name is "McKenzie," if you can believe that)! Having languished in limbo for many years, Subby's return to the world of comics made a huge splash with older fans and introduced him to a whole new generation of comic readers. Jack Kirby and Sol Brodsky provided the cover and interior art for the issue. Overstreet 2013 VF 8.0 value = $3,240; VF/NM 9.0 value = $7,500. CGC census 7/13: 19 in 8.5, 38 higher.
