A number of signature elements came into play with this issue, as the Fantastic Four don their iconic costumes for the first time, establish headquarters in the Baxter Building, and debut the Fantasti-Car. Also of note, the first appearance of Miracle Man. Look closely at the cover: The Human Torch is drawn with two left hands. The cover and art are by Jack Kirby. Overstreet 2015 VF/NM 9.0 value = $7,550; NM- 9.2 value = $12,000. CGC census 11/15: 8 in 9.0, 15 higher.
