Fantastic Four #13 Twin Cities Pedigree (Marvel, 1963) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white to white pages. This issue features the first appearance of the cosmic observer known as Uatu the Watcher, the host of the What If...? comics and spin-off animated TV series. It also features the debut of the Red Ghost and his Super-Apes, as well as full-page ads for Tales of Suspense #39 and Amazing Spider-Man #1. The cover is by Jack Kirby, and story art is by Kirby and Steve Ditko. Overstreet 2024 NM- 9.2 value = $9,500. CGC census 9/24: 8 in 9.4, 5 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
