Fantastic Four #12 (Marvel, 1963) CGC VF+ 8.5 Cream to off-white pages. The Fantastic Four battle the Hulk in their first encounter, with cover and art courtesy of Jack Kirby. This was the Hulk's first crossover, tying with Amazing Spider-Man #1 as the first Marvel crossover. and Rick Jones and General "Thunderbolt" Ross appear in the story as well. It is currently one of Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. Overstreet 2024 VF 8.0 value = $3,700; VF/NM 9.0 value = $9,850. CGC census 11/24: 49 in 8.5, 60 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
