    Description

Fantastic Four #11 (Marvel, 1963) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white pages. The absurd Impossible Man made his first appearance in this issue. Not only is his origin given, the origin of the FF is retold to boot. On top of that, newspaper strip character Willie Lumpkin makes his appearance in the Marvel Universe. Jack Kirby provided this issue's cover, art, and Sub-Mariner pin-up. This is the nicest copy we've had the opportunity to offer, and it ties with one other for the top spot on CGC's census for the issue. Overstreet 2015 NM- 9.2 value = $4,000. CGC census 11/15: 2 in 9.6, none higher. From the Ultimate Fantastic Four Collection.
