Fantastic Four #1 (Marvel, 1961) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white to white pages. The whiteness of the cover is the measuring stick by which copies of this issue are usually judged, and we think this copy will more than measure up in that regard! It's the origin and first appearance of the Fantastic Four, Marvel's first superhero team. Jack Kirby cover and art. The origin and first appearance of Mole Man are also presented here. This copy ties with the Twin Cities copy in all regards, and if it weren't for a bit of Marvel chipping on the cover, we think that this pretty copy would certainly surpass it. Overstreet 2013 FN 6.0 value = $7,500; VF 8.0 value = $27,000. CGC census 11/13: 27 in 6.5, 79 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
