    Description

Detective Comics #238 Circle 8 pedigree (DC, 1956) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. During the mid-1950s Sheldon Moldoff became the pre-eminent Batman artist, doing most of the covers, including this one, for over five years. The most up-to-date CGC records indicate this to be the highest graded copy yet for this issue, and that's not surprising considering it's a Circle 8 copy. Overstreet 2002 NM 9.4 value = $375.
