With off-white to white pages, this high-grade beauty will require determined bat-bidding! Batman becomes a jailbird on this issue's Win Mortimer cover, for the story "The Outlaw Batman!", with art by Bob Kane and Ruben Moreira. A Martian Manhunter backup story rounds out the issue.
