Joe, Russ Heath art), #57 (Enemy Ace, Joe Kubert art), #58 (Enemy Ace, Kubert art), and #72 (Top Gun, Alex Toth art); All-American Men of War #114 and #116 (Johnny Cloud and Balloon Buster stories); The Spectre #2 and #3 (Neal Adams covers and art); Teen Titans #13 and 14; Strange Adventures #207 (Deadman, Adams art); and Aquaman #38 that have been trimmed and bound into a hardcover volume.
