    Description

Daredevil #16 Rocky Mountain pedigree (Marvel, 1966) CGC NM/MT 9.8 White pages. John Romita Sr. did the cover and interior art on this issue, significant for the fact that in this Spider-Man crossover story, Romita gave us his first take on Spidey. (This issue served as an audition of sorts for Romita; three months later he succeeded Steve Ditko as the primary artist on Amazing Spider-Man.) This near-perfect pedigree copy bears the highest grade assigned to this issue by CGC to date. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $385. CGC census 7/12: 3 in 9.8, none higher. From the Doug Schmell / PedigreeComics.com Collection.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 1028051004 and purchase grader's notes if available.
