After Bob Kane, Jack Burnley, Jerry Robinson, Dick Sprang, and Win Mortimer had each taken a turn as primary artist of the Caped Crusader, it was Shelly Moldoff's turn, and the Golden Age veteran became the primary Silver Age Bat artist. In this issue Moldoff is responsible for cover and interior art. The first Silver Age appearance of the Penguin comes here. Overstreet 2004 VF 8.0 value = $228. CGC census 1/05: 5 in 8.0, 17 higher.
