The artistic duo-supreme helped usher in the Marvelous Marvel Age of Comics with the neurotic, angst-ridden teen Peter Parker who makes his first appearance as Spider-Man, in these hallowed pages. This historic issue also features the first appearances of Aunt May and Uncle Ben, and tells Spider-Man's origin. Ditko did all of the interior artwork, and Kirby did the cover.
