Amazing Fantasy #15 (Marvel, 1962) CGC FN- 5.5 Off-white pages. It doesn't get much better than this for Silver Age fans -- the very first appearance of Ol' Webhead himself! And not only Spider-Man, but Aunt May and Uncle Ben make their debut as well! It should go without saying that this was a creation of writer Stan Lee, and artists Jack Kirby (who drew the cover) and Steve Ditko (who handled the story art). We will say that this is a respectable mid-grade copy, with some "Marvel-chipping" to the right edge being the only real distraction; the blades must have been a little dull that day! Still, no Spider-Man collection can be considered complete without this landmark comic book. CGC notes: "From the collection of Joe and Nadia Mannarino." Overstreet 2005 FN 6.0 value = $4,200. CGC census 6/05: 30 in 5.5, 104 higher.
