    Showcase #30-79 Bound Volumes (DC, 1961-68). Copies of Showcase #30-79 that have been trimmed and bound into a pair of hardcover volumes. Highlights include the DC adaptation of the first James Bond movie, Dr. No; the first Silver Age appearances of the Spectre; early appearances of Enemy Ace and the Teen Titans; and the first appearances of the Silver Age Atom, the Metal Men, the Creeper, Anthro, Hawk and Dove, Bat Lash, and others. The back covers were removed prior to binding; otherwise, the comics are in very nice condition with glossy covers and supple pages, and mild wear and tanning. Overstreet 2011 VG 4.0 value for group = $2,030.
