    Tales of Suspense #28 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. This is the prototype issue for the Stone Men (who would later torment Thor in his first appearance in Journey into Mystery #83). This Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby cover features a small scene from of each of the four stories contained inside. Steve Ditko does the art for one of these stories. This copy does have some edge tanning however, it is the highest CGC-graded example to date. Overstreet 2003 VF/NM 9.0 value = $195; NM 9.4 value = $250.
