These are Western Publishing file copies of Bugs Bunny's Christmas Funnies #9, Bugs Bunny's Trick 'N' Treat Halloween Fun #3, Tom and Jerry Picnic Time #1, and Donald Duck's Beach Party #5 that have been trimmed and bound into a hardcover volume.
