    Lobo #1 (Dell, 1965) CGC VG 4.0 Cream to off-white pages. The first black character to have his own comic book. Origin and first appearance of Lobo. He is wealthy like the Lone Ranger, but instead of silver bullets he leaves behind gold coins with the imprint of a wolf and an "L". Like Zorro and The Phantom, Lobo leaves his mark by impressing his gold coin emblem on the forehead of criminals. Tony Tallarico cover and art. CGC notes, "Centerfold detached."
