    Description

Fantastic Four #24 (Marvel, 1964) CGC NM/MT 9.8 Off-white to white pages. Tied for CGC's highest grade for the issue. The story, based on a French expression (l'enfant terrible) referring to a child who is terrifyingly candid by saying embarrassing things to parents or others, involves a young member of the Elan, a race of aliens who has the ability to alter reality with their minds. While travelling in space, the young Elan became separated from its parents and ended up on Earth, where it began running amok in New York City. Jack Kirby did the cover and interior art for the issue. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $925. CGC census 4/21: 4 in 9.8, none higher.
