    Description

Fantastic Four #1 (Marvel, 1961) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Cream to off-white pages. Jack Kirby had been doing monster covers for most of the Marvel titles for a few years, but DC was dominating the comic book racks in the late 1950s and early 1960s. With this issue, Marvel's Silver Age really began, and Stan Lee and Company were on the way to becoming a legitimate contender to DC's throne. This copy is a good economy copy. Overstreet 2002 GD 2.0 value = $800; FN 6.0 value = $2,400.
