A nice copy of the #1 book on Overstreet's Top 50 Silver Age Comics list, with no hint of "Marvel chipping" that's found so often on this issue. Overstreet values leapt 35% for this book between the 46th and 47th editions, and based on auction results we've seen the past year, that rate of increase has continued. The key issue has the the origin and first appearance of Spider-Man, and the first appearances of Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko cover and art. Overstreet 2017 FN 6.0 value = $28,000. CGC census 2/18: 63 in 6.0, 193 higher.
