Description

The Zap Show #1 - Memorabilia Poster (Apex Novelties, 1968). This poster promotes the first Zap Show, a chance to meet the artists and see the art up close and personal -- and it was published during the same time as the very first Zap Comix! The poster itself is a jam which features Rick Griffin, S. Clay Wilson, Victor Moscoso, Robert Crumb, all working together and riffing off each other's styles! Very few of these posters were printed making this a desirable collectible. The Zap Jam quickly became a tradition, and this is far and away the rarest of all the Zap Jam Pages -- it's even tougher to find than Zap Comix #1! It's framed to an overall size of 19.5" x 25.5" and the poster measures 14" x 21".
