Published in 1925, this issue of the first American science-fiction magazine has much of its contents devoted to science and technology, along with fiction by Hugo Gernsback and others. The cool and classic brontosaurus-tearing-through-a-city front cover, with a metallic gold background, was a symbol of the Golden Age of Science, and is based on an article about the silent film The Lost World.
