Weird Tales (Pulp) October 1933 (Popular Fiction, 1933) Condition: FN/VF. The price guide value mentioned below notwithstanding, a Fine copy of this issue sold for $3,000 in one of our recent auctions, and we think this specimen is nicer! In addition to the classic "batwoman" cover by Margaret Brundage, this one's got the sixth Conan story by Robert E. Howard to be published in Weird Tales, namely "The Pool of the Black One." Bookery's Guide to Pulps Fine value = $1,000. From the John McLaughlin Collection.
