Includes the April/May 1931; July 1933; July 1934; February, August, and October 1935; November and December 1936; January and February 1937; January, April, and August 1938; April, May, July, August, and November 1939; January, May, September, and November 1940; and January, March, and September 1941 issues. Covers by Margaret Brundage, Virgil Finlay, and C. C. Senf. Contents include works by H. P. Lovecraft, Robert E. Howard, Seabury Quinn, Paul Ernst, Clark Ashton Smith, and Robert Bloch. All have complete covers. A few have spines that are 50 to 100 percent missing; most have spines that are mostly or full complete. Spines range from dark orange to pale yellow.
