    Doc Savage First Issue - Canadian Edition (Street & Smith, 1933) Condition: GD/VG. Canadian edition of the debut issue, published in August 1933, reprinting the first appearance of Doc Savage and his Fabulous Five. Cover by Walter M. Baumhofer. Complete covers and spine. Spine has moderate tanning as well as some chipping at the tail. Pages are cream to light tan but supple with a hint of flaking along the edges. Vertical fold crease to front cover. Some tape reinforcement to interior of front cover. Bookery's Guide to Pulps GD value for US edition = $1,500; VG value = $3,750.
