The Thrill Book - October 1st, 1919 (Street & Smith) Condition: VG/FN. The penultimate issue of the title. Sidney Riesenberg's cover was swiped for the cover of the first issue of The Shadow. Bookery's notes, "Several issues have an estimated tally of fewer than 10 known copies, and true high-grade examples of most may simply not exist." We've encountered only one other copy prior to this one, graded Apparent FR/GD. Bookery's Guide to Pulps Second Edition VG value = $1,500.From the Jack and Joanie Kump Pulp Collection. Comes with COA from Heritage Auctions.
