Picture Crimes #1 (David McKay Publications, 1937) CGC VF- 7.5 Cream to off-white pages. Very rare early comic-format book, similar in design and content to Detective Comics #1. Gerber lists it as a "7" ("scarce") in its rarity index. Values are not listed in Overstreet, although they do note that a GD+ copy sold for $478 in 2012 and that a certified 5.5 copy sold for $2,051 in 2017. CGC census 5/19: 3 in 7.5, 1 higher.
