New Comics #2 (DC, 1936) CGC Apparent VG/FN 5.0 Moderate (A-3) Off-white pages. First appearance of Federal Men. Sheldon Mayer and Walt Kelly stories and art. Joe Shuster art. The Photo Journal-Guide to Comic Books rates it a "7" ("scarce"), and Overstreet lists it as "rare". This is the fourth copy we've encountered, and the first we've seen in more than eight years. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, reinforced." Overstreet 2022 GD 2.0 value = $1,250; VG 4.0 value = $2,500.CGC Grader Notes:
