Vincent Sullivan, Joe Shuster, Leo O'Mealia, and Creig Flessel are among the artists in this issue, which also features a Dr. Occult story. Just two unrestored copies have been certified by CGC to date, and this one is easily the nicest. Overstreet 2005 FN 6.0 value = $1,290; VF 8.0 value = $3,100. CGC census 1/05: 1 in 7.0, none higher.
