Description

More Fun Comics #11 (DC, 1936) CGC FN 6.0 Cream to off-white pages. Most of the pre-1940 issues of DC's oldest comic book series qualify in the "Scarce" to "Very Rare" range by Gerber's estimates. This issue comes in at "Rare," meaning an estimated 11-20 copies still survive. CGC has graded just three copies of the issue, with none making it as high as Very Fine. Vincent Sullivan, famous for his Detective Comics #1 cover, shows his funny side with this and with many other covers from the first few years of the title's existence. This is a strong mid-grade copy of a book you may not see again. Overstreet 2002 FN 6.0 value = $1,615.
