A Gerber "rare," this issue is tough to find in any grade; not one high-grade unrestored copy (VF 8.0 or better) has been certified by CGC to date. Dr. Occult story. Vincent Sullivan, Jerry Siegel, and Joe Shuster art. CGC notes, "Restoration includes:color touch, pieces added, tear seals, reinforced."
