Overstreet and CGC agree that the Creig Flessel cover is a bona fide classic, while The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books designates the issue "scarce". Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster contributed to this pre-Action #1 book. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: tear seals to interior.
