Detective Comics #7 (DC, 1937) CGC VF- 7.5 Cream to off-white pages. An absolutely gorgeous copy with impressive cover colors -- including some deep reds befitting its hardboiled imagery. This beauty is tied with one other for the top spot on CGC's census. The aforementioned cover is by Creig Flessel, and the main feature is a Slam Bradley story by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, published less than a year a before they changed the face of the industry with the debut of Superman. CGC notes, "Christine Farrell Complete DC Collection." Overstreet 2024 VF 8.0 value = $9,900. CGC census 5/25: 2 in 7.5, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
