    Description

Werner Roth (as Jay Gavin) and Dick Ayers X-Men #22 Page 2 Original Art (Marvel, 1966). A bit of Silver Age greatness here! This page features the entire original X-Men team in one very large panel! Iceman, Cyclops, the Angel, Marvel Girl (Jean Grey), the Beast, and Professor Xavier. The image of the Angel in the second panel is also very iconic. Obviously Kirby-influenced, it is a dynamic flying-right-at-you pose. This page is ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.25". Nicely matted and glass front framed. In Excellent condition.
