Wally Wood Two-Fisted Tales #33 Complete 7-Page Story "Atom Bomb!" Original Art (EC, 1953). One of Wally Wood's most renowned stories done for Harvey Kurtzman's classic War comic, Two-Fisted Tales, was this tense seven-pager depicting the events surrounding the atomic bomb blast that flattened the Japanese city of Nagasaki, ending World War II. Wood's use of solid blacks to indicate the blinding light of the blast is very effective, and his detailed artwork in panels showing the city in ruins is simply astounding. The art is in ink and Zipatone shading film on Bristol board, with some panels drawn on Craftint board and glued in from behind. Average image areas are approximately 13" x 18". Other than some light handling wear in the outer borders, each page is in Excellent condition. If you've been waiting for that special Wally Wood item for your collection, look no further. This is it!
