Wally Wood Plop! #15 Cover Re-Creation Original Art (c. 1975-1981).This image of Roarin' Rodney Roadrunner is thankfully a little bit more clothed than the published version! But he's no less weird looking! Wood's weirdos rivaled those of fellow Plop! cover artist Basil Wolverton for sheer weirdness. This way-out wackiness was rendered in ink over blue pencil on 8.5" x 10.25" Bristol board. There are a couple of pinholes. In Excellent condition. Comes with a tear sheet of the published cover.
