    Description

Wally Wood Daredevil #6 Ox and Eel Page 2 Original Art (Marvel, 1965). The yellow-costumed Daredevil shares these opening scenes from the Dawn of the Marvel Age of Heroes with his foes, the Ox and the Eel. DD intrudes on a phony movie shoot where the Fellowship of Fear is robbing a bank and later gets himself dosed with fear gas. Note that Daredevil's costume now sports the "DD" emblem, instead of just a single "D" as seen in the early issues. Silver Age Marvel superhero art penciled and inked by Wally Wood is not often seen for sale -- this is only the third such DD page Heritage has auctioned to date -- and it's "fresh to the marketplace." This sixties sensation has an image area of approximately 12.5" x 18.5", and it's in Excellent condition.
