    V. T. Hamlin Alley Oop Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-29-35 (NEA Services, 1935). A great color Alley Oop Sunday by V. T. Hamlin, with Jerry Weist's Comic Art Price Guide stating "Sunday examples from 1934-1939 are extremely rare". Alley and Foozy ride Dinny to escape a Tyrannosaur, and watch as the Tyrannosaur faces and loses to a Triceratops. They smartly salvage the Tyrannosaur and reopen their store. Including a Dinny's Family Album topper. Rendered in ink and watercolor over graphite on Bristol board with a combined image area of 20.5" x 27.5". The toned board has major staining and warping, as the separate pieces of board that have been glued to create the entire piece are losing adherence and coming apart. In Good condition.
