    Description

Todd McFarlane Spider-Man #3 Splash Page 22 Original Art (Marvel, 1990). Spidey awakens to find Kraven the Hunter standing before him with half of his head blown off and the Lizard crouching at his side, in this page from Part Three of "Torment." This is one of the most memorable - and compositionally striking - splashes in the entire five story arc, not to mention the very first Spidey splash by McFarlane we've ever auctioned! McFarlane's run represents one of the most popular in the famed web-crawler's history, and such an incredible image is nearly impossible to track down these days. The art measures 11.75" x 17.75" and it is in Excellent condition. Signed by Todd McFarlane at the lower right.
