Description
Whilce Portacio and Art Thibert The Uncanny X-Men #283 Double Page Spread 4-5 Bishop Original Art (Marvel, 1991). An incredible spread from what some consider to be Bishop's first full appearance, after making a last page cameo in the previous issue (though he appeared on the cover). Bishop and the X.S.E. face the X-Men as they pursue Trevor Fitzroy and his minions through time and plan to exact judgment on the villains. Storm, Iceman, and Colossus also appear. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on two conjoined Marvel Bristol boards with a combined image area of 21.5" x 15.25". Some areas of toning, held together by tape on the back, text paste-ups (one balloon missing a pointer) and blue coloring in the title paste-up, rippling near the center, art stat paste-up in Panel 2, marginal notes, red key lines and whiteout corrections, with light staining and handling wear. Signed by Portacio in the upper image area and in Very Good condition.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
