Description

Tom Grummett and Al Milgrom The Amazing Spider-Man #400 Story Page 2 Original Art (Marvel, 1995). While this oversized anniversary issue is best known for the heartbreaking death of Aunt May, this page comes from a seven-page backup story titled "The Morning After," set the morning after Uncle Ben died. On the page, Peter Parker recalls his encounter with the burglar who took his uncle's life, and how his rage consumed him -- nearly leading him to make a decision he'd eternally regret. Crafted in ink and marker over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Stat paste-ups used for text, small stains in the second panel, and handling wear. In Excellent condition.
