Seppo Makinen and Bob Downs Pilgrim's Progress Story Page 69 Original Art (Marvel, 1992). Christian and Hopeful refuse to be castled in by doubt, escaping Doubting Castle and locking Giant Despair behind them as their perilous pilgrimage to the Celestial City continues. From Pilgrim's Progress, a modern-day retelling of John Bunyan's allegory that also weaves in elements of Christiana's Progress, this page is produced in ink over graphite on Marvel Bristol board, with an image area of 11.25" x 16.75". Minor spot staining, light smudging, whiteout corrections with some discoloration, blue pencil editorial marks, corner creasing, and handling wear.
