Description

Ron Zalme and Pierre Fournier Marvel Tales #211 Spider-Ham Story Page 5 Original Art (Marvel, 1988). Before making his feature film debut in the multiverse-laden story of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), Spider-Ham was causing chaos in the pages of Marvel comics within his own universe, Earth-8311. In this scene, Spider-Ham hilariously returns Forbush Man back to his own universe by sling-shotting him through the panels! Did you spot the clever nod to The Honeymooners? This playful page is from the five-page backstory "Enter Forbush-Man!... or... 'Trapped in a World He Never Made!" and was created in ink over blue pencil and graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". Slight toning, production tape on edges, page number paste-up, production notes in margins, production-trimmed top edge, whiteout touch-ups/corrections, pinholes in corner, light smudging, and light handling wear. In Very Good condition.
