Rob Liefeld and Bob Wiacek Marvel Comics Presents #53 Story Page 7 Original Art (Marvel, 1990). Early Rob Liefeld art as he was in his first year art Marvel. His star was rising after a short stint with DC Comics, and he was just starting his run on New Mutants, which would turn around Marvel's lowest-selling mutant title. Here, Liefeld handles the art chores on an eight page Black Widow/Silver Sable story featured in Marvel's popular anthology title. A great page showing the growing artist's early beginnings, with bonus sketches on the back that true Liefeld fans will go crazy over! Ink and Zipatone over graphite and blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.25". Slight toning, with light handling wear.
