Description

Riley Rossmo Bedlam Double-Truck Splash Page Original Art (Image Comics, 2012). Rossmo delivers a menacing, multi-level study of Madder Red, a supervillain whom USA Today described as "creepier than [Batman's] the Joker." The setting is a crime-ridden city called Bedlam. Rossmo's character design incorporates such influences as Native American tribal art, Japanese Noh headgear, and hockey-goalie face-protectors. Brilliant. Ink and greyscale marker over graphite on conjoined slabs of Bristol board. Image area, 16" x 12.5". Excellent condition.
