Philippe Druillet Lone Sloane, Salammbô Matho #7 Story Page 25 Original Art (Dargaud, 1986). Philippe Druillet, the architect of space, offers us a perfect example featuring Lone Sloane, the solitary interstellar navigator. The mighty Hamilcar and his mercenary army are gathered near the city of Carthage. Based on Flaubert's scenario, Druillet imposes his dense and detailed drawing. Ink on large Bristol board with an image area of 26.5" x 35". Stains, notably in the upper left-hand corner. Minor waviness in the fifth panel. The balloons are pasted. In Very Good condition.
