Description
Peter Doherty The Dreaming #18 Story Page 14 (DC/Vertigo, 1997). This intense page from "Souvenirs, Part Two" depicts the Corinthian pressing his blade against a kidnapped woman, while Matthew the Raven intervenes, declaring he won't allow the attack. The Corinthian coldly retorts that nothing the bird can do will stop him, capturing a moment of suspense and menace. Created in ink over graphite on DC Bristol board with an image area of 8.75" x 14". Discolored tape on the border, faint foxing, stat text corrections, and light handling wear.
