Mike (Mick) McMahon 2000 AD Prog #66 Story Page 18 Original Art (IPC, 1978). Here is one of the earliest original pages from the 2000 AD universe we've had the pleasure of presenting to date. It comes from Part 6 of the "Cursed Earth" saga, the second multi-episode adventure featuring Judge Dredd, written by Pat Mills. In this story, Dredd and a group of Judges venture into Cursed Earth to transport a vaccine that will save the inhabitants of Mega-City Two from a deadly virus. On this tense page, they are pursued by the ferocious mutants of the Brotherhood. Created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13.5" x 17". All text is paste-up.
