Description
Lee Elias and Joe Rubinstein (as M. Hands) Captain America #257 Story Page 3 Original Art (Marvel, 1981). Captain America is ambushed by henchmen of the Matrix Eight on this perilous page from "Deadly Anniversary!" The issue's inking was credited to "M. Hands", shorthand for "Many Hands", reflecting the team effort behind the finishes. Among them was Joe Rubinstein, whose involvement is confirmed by his signature at the bottom of this page. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Toning, staining, smudging/soiling, trimmed corners, tape residue staining on the bottom edge, whiteout corrections, and handling wear.
