Description
L. B. Cole Classics Illustrated #152 - Wild Animals I Have Known Page 33 Original Art (Gilberton, 1959). A devoted sheepdog protects the Dorley farm on this page from the story "Wully". Created at twice-up scale in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 18". The header banner paste-up is missing leaving adhesive staining. Slight toning, pinholes in the panel corners and pinholes/notes in the margins, with staining and creasing/handling wear. In Very Good condition.More information about L. B. Cole. See also: Cole, L.
